In 2008, TJ Grow established Holistic Elements (formerly known as Holistic Balance) with a vision to seamlessly integrate holistic practices with traditional therapeutic approaches. Her path into counseling was sparked by the profound influence of her childhood therapist, inspiring her dedication to assisting others—a reflection of the support she once received

Holistic Elements emerged from her observation that many individuals tended to rely solely on medication and external solutions, often overlooking their active role in their mental well-being. While acknowledging the relevance of medication in specific cases, recognizing its limitations as a universal ‘cure-all' is vital to establishing true holistic health.

With over two decades of experience in the mental health field, TJ strives to implement an inclusive ‘wrap-around' methodology. This approach aims to address the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit, nurturing personal growth reminiscent of the transformative journey from caterpillar to butterfly.
