Alexandra Jensen is a Certified Social Worker (CSW). She graduated from the University of Southern California, school of Social Work with an MSW. Alex has worked in a variety of therapeutic settings such as: Brighton Home and Health and Hospice as a Hospice Social Worker, YWCA as an Intake Therapist and Access Recovery as an Intake Specialist for Drug Treatment programs. Alex has experience working in Home Based Community Settings to asssist individuals with accessing services in their communities. These professional opportunities have allowed Alex to utilize her social work skills with diverse populations and tailor care to meet client needs. Alex collaberates with clients to create effective intervention plans, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Solution-Based Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques. She specializes in working with adults who are experiencing Mood Disorders, PTSD, OCD and Anxiety. Alex enjoys reading, spending time with her family, traveling and painting kindness rocks to hide in the community.

Lizzie Bosen, CSW

Lizzie Bosen, CSW graduated with a MSW, from the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Denver. During graduate school, she interned at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Crossroads Urban Center and Child and Family Empowerment Services, where she was able to put her empathetic listening skills and trauma informed care knowledge to use. She advocated and raised money for communities made vulnerable. Lizzie's array of professional experiences have given her the opportunity to put her social work skills to use while working with diverse populations. Lizzie has always been interested in preventing and alleviating suffering. Her therapeutic style is warm, client-centered and strength-based. Lizzie collaborates with clients to formulate effective intervention plans including evidenc-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy and EMDR. Lizzie encourages a healthy diet, physical exercise, mindfulness and healthy relationships as key components of optimal health. Lizzie helps individuals build confidence, meaning and happiness. She specializes in working with teens and young adults who are experiencing Mood Disorders, PTSD, OCD, Body Dysmorphia and Anxiety. Lizzie is a Vegan foodie. She enjoys travel, hiking, yoga and spending quality time with family and friends.
